President and Founder
Mark is the President and Founder of Ridan, Inc. Since the firm’s inception in 1991, he has completed the acquisition, management, and disposition of over $1 billion in real estate investments. Mark oversees all aspects of the company including acquisitions, asset management, and the company’s investment strategy.
Principal
David is a Principal of Ridan, Inc. He began his career in 1985 as a residential real estate agent selling luxury homes in Calabasas, California. David has over 30 years of experience in the residential and multifamily sectors. He is involved in managing the acquisition due diligence process, implementing and executing property business plans, and overseeing the company’s asset management activities.
Director of Acquisitions & Principal
Sean is responsible for the Company’s investment activity including market research, identifying new acquisition opportunities, financing, and dispositions. Since joining the Ridan team in 2016, Sean has been actively involved in the acquisition, financing, management, and disposition of over $500 million in multifamily investments.
Sean graduated from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Law.
Controller
Dana is responsible for all aspects of financial operations for Ridan. She oversees the company’s accounting department, tax and treasury functions, mortgage servicing, and financial reporting. Dana also manages the corporate formation and governance processes for our partnerships, and serves as the liaison between Ridan and its investors.
Dana is a licensed CPA and CIA in the state of CA. Prior to joining Ridan, she worked in Public Accounting at Ernst and Young for over 13 years. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University.
Director of Operations
Since joining Ridan in 2012, Riley has been actively involved in the acquisition of over 1,500 units in Los Angeles. Riley’s direct responsibility encompasses all business and property operations for Ridan’s LA portfolio. His work includes managing day-to-day operations for each property, overseeing capital improvement projects, and executing our unit renovation strategy. He manages the relationships with our property management company personnel and our vendors to increase efficiency and ensure investor return goals are met.
Asset Manager
Michael received his B.S. in Communications from Kent State University with a minor in Applied Mathematics. He earned his MBA from Bryant University and specialized in Data Analytics.
Through the application of statistical programming and predictive modeling, Michael has integrated data analytics into daily operations to anticipate issues that can be addressed proactively and to optimize portfolio performance. Michael is responsible for executing the business plan for each asset, including oversight of third party management teams, managing capital projects, maximizing property revenues and NOI, and preparing performance reports for Ridan.
We are actively seeking new acquisition opportunities as we continue expanding into additional target markets. Our portfolio consists of multifamily communities in California and is currently expanding into other western states in the U.S.
