While a small portion of Ridan’s holdings consist of newer class ‘A’ construction, the majority of our portfolio caters to the American workforce. We recognize the deep need for quality housing at an affordable price. By bringing an institutional mind-set and capital to workforce housing, our goal is to transform underperforming apartment buildings into the Best-in-Class apartment homes for our residents.
We are actively seeking new acquisition opportunities as we continue expanding into additional target markets. Our portfolio consists of multifamily communities in California and is currently expanding into other western states in the U.S.
